I am a fire sign, born in August. My wife tells me that means something, I forget what it is. I've always had the opinion that my sign is "Slippery When Wet."
As I look back over my life (ignoring every single mistake I made,) I begin to see a pattern. The closest I ever felt to the universe has always had something to do with water. In Oregon, that means either rivers or lakes, and when it came to fishing, rivers were extremely unkind to me.
I would love to paddle or motor out to about 40 feet of water on a lake, lay back a bit, drop the lines in, and just be. It is the one place I've felt closest to the source. Peter Also Fished has always held that space for me.
