La Mesa Sunset

Say what you want, California regularly has the most beautiful sunsets in the lower 48. I think it's the marine layer that comes and goes as the heat rises and falls. Nothing like an August sunset when the air is just humid enough to blow some clouds in to drape the sun with.

This is the view over the fence of our house, the sound of children playing as the day winds down.
